Data taken from the Observation, Harvest, and the Deer Sign entries are used to create Property Map View reports.
To start under your journal select Reports then select Property Map Views. |

The Property Map View contains the defined reports you have already created and allows you to create new ones. |

From this window you can either view an existing report by clicking on a report in the list and then clicking on the ‘View Report’ button. To create a new report click on the
button in the lower right hand corner of the window and this will open the following screen.

Description is the name that will appear in the report list.
Property: Select which Property you would like the report to show.
Start and End Date: Select the date range for your report.
Available Topics list: List of all topics that can be selected for your report.
Topics in Report: All topics you have selected for your report.
> Button and < Button: Moves topics between lists
>> Button and << Button: Moves all topics to either list. |

There are two different Map Topics, Aerial and Topography. If both are selected then your report will show the Aerial layered with the topography lines.
The following data points can be selected from the list to be plotted on the map:
· Location – Camera Position
· Location - Feeder
· Location – Food Plot
· Location – Ground Blind
· Location – Hunting Camp
· Location – Mineral Lick
· Location – Point of Reference
· Location – Tree Stand
· Observation Marker – Seen Closest

· Observation Marker – Seen First
· Observation Marker – Seen Last
· Deer Sign – Antler Sheds
· Deer Sign – Bedding Areas
· Deer Sign – Droppings/Scat
· Deer Sign – Feeding Area
· Deer Sign – Rubs\Rub Line
· Deer Sign – Scrape
· Deer Sign – Tracks

Other report conditions that can be selected:
- Deer- Harvested Only
- Deer-Bucks Only
- Deer – Does Only
The report can also be restricted by observation time of day:
- Time-Morning Only
- Time-Afternoon Only
- Time-Evening Only
- Time-Night Only
After selecting the topics you want in the report click the Enter/Done button and then select your new report from the list and click on the View Report button. This will display your new report.

The zoom feature will allow you to zoom in or out of the image.
Clicking on this icon will print the map report.
The green arrow in the lower left corner will show the thumbnail image of the map which you can click on to jump to another section of the map.
The green arrow next to the zoom will open the legend for the map which also located in this document under the ‘Using Mapping Features’ section.
